Washington Properties, Inc. and DSI Interests, LLC have hired Circle Realty Advisors, LLC to focus on acquiring value-added opportunities for investment, development and/or redevelopment. They are actively pursuing industrial, land and retail properties ranging from $3- $50 million dollars throughout the Chicagoland area.
Partners since 1997, Washington Properties, Inc., Jeffrey Gumbiner, President and DSI Interests, LLC Craig Manske, President previously teamed up before when they purchased Fortune Business Campus, a 221,000 square foot flex industrial/service center project in Elk Grove Village, as well as a 12 acre industrial site in Crossroads Business Park in Bolingbrook, where they sub-divided the land and developed a 105,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial building which was a 100% leased within six months after completion.The company said it is looking to acquire existing buildings 250,000 square feet or larger with upside potential, including excess land, vacant space, and unfavorable environmental or soil conditions, as well as land parcels of 100+/- acres for ground up development of industrial parks.
