Alissa Helgesen launches Circle Realty Advisors, LLC,
a real estate advisory firm located in the Chicago area.
The firm specializes in acquisition, disposition and asset management advisory services for companies seeking to
grow their presence in the Midwest through local expertise.
With over fifteen years experience in the commercial real estate
industry, Ms. Helgesen, most recently worked in Chicago for
Duke Realty Corporation as Vice President of
Acquisitions/Dispositions and Equity Office Properties Trust as
Vice President of Dispositions. Ms. Helgesen holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois – Champaign and an M.S. from the University
of Wisconsin – Madison.
Circle Realty Advisors, LLC acts on a fiduciary basis to assist clients
in increasing deal flow, response time and providing ultimate
flexibility to enter and exit markets based on changing investment criteria. Circle Realty Advisors, LLC services also include due
diligence coordination on a per transaction basis.
