Lisa Mullaney has over 10 years of diversified commercial real estate experience with an emphasis in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate strategy.

As a Vice President in GE Capital's Enterprise Client Group, Ms. Mullaney created business and real estate strategies for GE's largest customers. In this role, she would consider and evaluate the customer's long term goals and develop an operating, capital, and real estate strategy. Additionally, Ms. Mullaney spent 3 years in GE's Mergers and Acquisitions group where she developed financial models and investment recommendations for over $100 billion of potential and achieved real estate acquisitions.

Prior to joining GE Capital, Ms. Mullaney served as a VP at Heitman where she solicited new business for both domestic and international funds. Ms. Mullaney also worked as an associate at Lowe Enterprises focusing on financial analysis for over $700 million of hotel, golf, and high-end residential development.

Ms. Mullaney holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Ms. Mullaney is an active member of the Kellogg Real Estate Alumni community and an active participant in triathlons. She completed Ironman Idaho in 2004.
